Double Cheese Burger, sometimes less is more.

Ingredients for the Double Cheese Burger:

  • Brioche Bun
  • 2 x 100 gram patties
  • 2 slices of cheddar
  • Fresh onions in cubes
  • lettuce
  • mayonnaise
  • ketchup

And this is how it is done:

Grill the patties and top with cheese.

Briefly toast the inside of the buns and then assemble them. (See picture)

I spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun and ketchup on the top one.

Without much effort you can create a super delicious burger.
