And another great, simple dish. This time with a little help with the tomato sauce. Have fun recreating the dish salmon on tomato sauce and wide-bread noodles:
Ingredients
2 x 200 grams | salmon fillet |
1/2 | lime |
1 glass | Lettini's Spaccatelle |
500 grams | wide-bread noodles |
something | salt and pepper |
2 tablespoons | olive oil |
2 | sprigs of rosemary |
1 piece | Parmesan |
Today we're introducing you to a delicious and really easy-to-prepare dish. For the tomato sauce, we've chosen a ready-made, very high-quality sauce from the Lettinis range. Of course, you can also prepare the sauce yourself. But if you want it to be really quick, I recommend the Lettinis Spaccatelle . Fruity, fresh and healthy.
Now it’s time to get down to business
We take the salmon and cut it into two 200 gram strips and then season them with salt and pepper. In the next step, we coat the pan with olive oil and fry the salmon first on a high heat and then turn the stove down to medium heat after 3 minutes.
At the same time, we put the pasta on and cook it until it is al dente. Then simply drain the pasta and add the Lettinis special sauce and cook it in the pan.
Now we take the finished pasta with the sauce, chop up the salmon and arrange the feast for the eyes. Finally, we round it all off with a sprig of rosemary and parmesan. The dish of salmon on tomato sauce and wide-bread pasta is ready. Have fun making it and eating it.
